Space Florida may exercise any of its rights, powers, privileges, and authority in any and all portions of any spaceport territory lying within the boundaries of any municipal corporation or other political subdivision, heretofore or hereafter created or organized, whose boundaries lie wholly or partly within the geographical limits of the spaceport territory, to the same extent and in the same manner as in areas of the spaceport territory not incorporated as part of a municipality or other political subdivision. With respect to any municipal corporation or other political subdivision whose boundaries lie partly within and partly without the geographical limits of the spaceport territory, Space Florida may exercise its rights, powers, privileges, and authority only within the portion of the municipal corporation or other political subdivision lying within the boundaries of the spaceport territory.
