- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
County and regional housing authorities organized under this chapter are authorized to execute mortgages encumbering real property as security for loans made for providing facilities for domestic farm labor pursuant to s. 514 of the Federal Housing Act of 1949.
