- Board: means the Board of Architecture and Interior Design. See Florida Statutes 481.203
- registered architect: means a natural person who is licensed under this part to engage in the practice of architecture. See Florida Statutes 481.203
- Registered interior designer: means a natural person who holds a valid certificate of registration to practice interior design. See Florida Statutes 481.203
(1) The board may prescribe by rule continuing education requirements as a condition of reactivating a license. The rules may not require more than one renewal cycle of continuing education to reactivate a license or registration for a registered architect or registered interior designer.
(2) The board shall adopt rules relating to application procedures for inactive status and for the reactivation of inactive licenses and registrations.
