- Deferred presentment provider: means a person who is licensed under part II or part III of this chapter and has filed a declaration of intent with the office to engage in deferred presentment transactions as provided under part IV of this chapter. See Florida Statutes 560.103
Information that identifies a drawer or a deferred presentment provider contained in the database authorized under s. 560.404 is confidential and exempt from s. 119.07(1) and Fla. Const. Art. I, § 24(a). A deferred presentment provider may access information that it has entered into the database and may obtain an eligibility determination for a particular drawer based on information in the database.
