Terms Used In Florida Statutes 571.09

  • Person: means an individual, firm, partnership, corporation, association, business, trust, legal representative, or any other business unit. See Florida Statutes 571.03
Any person violating any of the provisions of this part or rules adopted hereunder shall for the first offense be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083, and for each succeeding offense shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
