Any individual who knowingly makes a false or otherwise fraudulent application for a license or appointment under this part, or who knowingly violates any provision hereof, shall, in addition to any applicable denial, suspension, or revocation of, or refusal to renew or continue, any license or appointment, be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083. Each instance of violation shall be considered a separate offense.
