It is unlawful for any person to knowingly and willfully make a materially false or misleading statement or provide false or misleading information about the identity, products, goods, services, or geographical location of a licensed service provider, as defined in chapter 397, in marketing, advertising materials, or other media or on a website with the intent to induce another person to seek treatment with that service provider. A person who violates this section commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
