Any bank, trust company, savings institution, or credit union whose name, logo, or symbol, or any combination thereof, or any name, logo, or symbol, or any combination thereof that is deceptively similar thereto, is used by a person in a manner prohibited by §§ 6.2-941, 6.2-1043, 6.2-1105, and 6.2-1307, is entitled to the remedies that are available to a registrant under subsection A of § 59.1-92.13.

- Person: includes any individual, corporation, partnership, association, cooperative, limited liability company, trust, joint venture, government, political subdivision, or any other legal or commercial entity and any successor, representative, agent, agency, or instrumentality thereof. - Registrant: means any person to whom the registration of a mark under this chapter or prior law is issued, and the legal representatives, successors, or assigns of such person. See Virginia Code 59.1-92.2
