Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 37:14
- Department: means the Department of Occupational Standards; and
(2) "Director" means the Director of Occupational Standards. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 37:1
All fees for licenses or other services shall be deposited in the state treasury and all expenses of the department shall be paid from the treasury under specific appropriations therefor.
