Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 51:1311

  • Personal property: All property that is not real property.

            If tangible personal property for which a refund was lawfully issued under this Chapter is later returned to Louisiana for use for a taxable purpose, the property shall be subject to use tax as of the time it is brought into the state, subject to the credit provided in La. Rev. Stat. 47:303(A).
