Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:3013
- Person: means an individual or any legal or commercial entity, including a corporation, business trust, partnership, limited liability company, association, or joint venture. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:1
Any person convicted of violating the provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 3:3003 shall be fined not more than twenty-five dollars or imprisoned in the parish jail for not more than thirty days or both fined and imprisoned in the discretion of the court.
