Any petition for injunctive relief or for declaratory judgment regarding the application or interpretation of the registration and notification requirements of this Chapter, other than the summary proceeding provided for in La. Rev. Stat. 15:542(F) and 544(E), shall be filed through ordinary civil proceedings in the district court for the parish where the state capitol is situated. Appeals from determinations made pursuant to La. Rev. Stat. 15:542.1.3 shall comply with the deadlines and other procedures as required by La. Rev. Stat. 15:542.1.3.
