Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 27:429
- Board: means the Louisiana Gaming Control Board, as established by Louisiana Revised Statutes 27:402
- Video draw poker: means any card game approved by the division that utilizes one or more decks of cards per hand with multiple hands permitted per game. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 27:402
A. The Louisiana Gaming Control Board shall perform the duties and functions as authorized by the provisions of this Chapter and the regulatory authority with respect to the regulation of video draw poker devices as provided by La. Rev. Stat. 27:15.
B. The Department of Public Safety and Corrections, office of state police, gaming division, shall perform the duties and functions as authorized by the provisions of this Chapter and the provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 27:20.
