Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 42:53

Before any contract of employment between any person and a state department, board, commission, or agency of the State of Louisiana, or of any political subdivision or municipal corporation of the State of Louisiana, is made or renewed after July 26, 1950, the oath or affirmation prescribed in La. Rev. Stat. 42:52 hereof shall be taken and filed by the prospective employee.
