- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Proof of delivery of movables at the site of the immovable by a claimant asserting a claim or privilege under La. Rev. Stat. 9:4801(3) or 4802(A)(3) is prima facie evidence that the movables became component parts of the immovable, or were used on the immovable, or in machinery or equipment used at the site of the immovable in performing the work.
