- Discovery: Lawyers' examination, before trial, of facts and documents in possession of the opponents to help the lawyers prepare for trial.
An order of the court granting relief under this Chapter shall specify the time, place, and manner of making the discovery and inspection and may prescribe such terms and conditions as are appropriate.
