(MBCA 1.30) The Secretary of State has the power reasonably necessary to perform the duties required of the Secretary of State by the Nebraska Model Business Corporation Act.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
