Nebraska Statutes 9-417. Suspend, defined

Suspend shall mean to cause a temporary interruption of all rights and privileges of a license or permit or the renewal thereof.

License: shall mean any license to conduct a lottery or raffle as provided in section Nebraska Statutes 9-409
Permit: shall mean a special permit to conduct one raffle and one lottery as provided in section Nebraska Statutes 9-413
Suspend: shall mean to cause a temporary interruption of all rights and privileges of a license or permit or the renewal thereof. See Nebraska Statutes 9-417
