Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, without the consent of the board a membership list or any part thereof may not be:

Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 21-19,169

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • Person: shall include bodies politic and corporate, societies, communities, the public generally, individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, and associations. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801

(1) Used to solicit money or property unless such money or property will be used solely to solicit the votes of the members in an election to be held by the corporation;

(2) Used for any commercial purpose; or

(3) Sold to or purchased by any person.
