Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 38-1705

• Massage therapist: means a person licensed to practice massage therapy. See Nebraska Statutes 38-1705
• Massage therapy: means a health care service involving the physical, mechanical, or electrical manipulation of soft tissue for therapeutic purposes or to enhance wellness and may include the use of oil, salt glows, heat lamps, and hydrotherapy. See Nebraska Statutes 38-1706
• Person: shall include bodies politic and corporate, societies, communities, the public generally, individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, and associations. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
