Sections 69-2001 to 69-2012 shall be known and may be cited as the Degradable Products Act.

Degradable: shall mean capable of decomposing or deteriorating through a natural chemical process into harmless components after exposure to natural elements for not more than one year. See Nebraska Statutes 69-2004
