Terms Used In New Mexico Statutes > Chapter 10 > Article 6 - Abandonment of Public Office or Employment

  • buyer: means a person who buys or contracts to buy goods. See New Mexico Statutes 55-2-103
  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
