All precinct maps prepared by the county clerk as required in the Precinct Boundary Adjustment Act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 1-3-10 to 1-3-14 shall be on a standard base map as prescribed by the secretary of state in order to achieve as nearly as practicable uniformity of size and scale.
