The agreement executed and approved as specified in Section 10-14-3 N.M. Stat. Ann. shall provide, in accordance with the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 301 et seq., for dividing retirement systems, and for extending coverage to individuals in positions covered by divided retirement systems.
