Representative district fifty-four is composed of Chaves county precinct 104; Eddy county precincts 2 through 8, 22, 29 through 31, 40, 41, 43 and 53; and Otero county precincts 2 through 4, 13 through 17, 35, 53 through 55, 59, 60 and 63.
