Representative district sixty-five is composed of Rio Arriba county precincts 1 through 3 and 21; Sandoval county precincts 1 through 4, 6, 8 through 10, 14, 15, 19, 20, 24 through 27, 29, 77, 87, 88, 91 and 95; and San Juan county precincts 15, 16 and 83.
