In accordance with the procedures provided in the Uniform Licensing Act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 61-1-1 to 61-1-31, the department may deny, suspend or revoke a department- issued license for incompetency, moral turpitude, ethical misconduct or any other good and just cause.
