A declaration filed pursuant to Section 4 [47-3-9 N.M. Stat. Ann.] of the Solar Recordation Act shall be indexed by the county clerk in the grantees index under the names of the persons receiving notice in the declaration and in the grantors index under the name of the person filing the declaration.
