Any person violating the Pyramid Promotional Schemes Act shall be deemed guilty of a fourth degree felony and shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment pursuant to the provisions of Subsections A through C of Section 31-18-15 N.M. Stat. Ann. or fined not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or both.
