Any person who knowingly makes a false statement in any affirmation made and filed pursuant to Sections 62 through 69 N.M. Stat. Ann. § 60-8A-12 to 60-8A-19 of the Liquor Control Act shall be liable for suspension of any license issued by the department for a period not to exceed five days for the first offense and thirty days for each offense thereafter.
