Sections 45-2-1101 through 45-2-1107 N.M. Stat. Ann. N.M. Stat. Ann. § 45-2-1001 to 45-2-1007 derive from annex to convention of October 26, 1973, providing a uniform law on the form of an international will. In interpreting and applying Sections 45-2-1101 through 45-2-1110 N.M. Stat. Ann. N.M. Stat. Ann. § 45-2-1001 to 45-2-1010, regard shall be had to its international origin and to the need for uniformity in its interpretation.
