Terms Used In New Mexico Statutes 66-3-701
- Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
B. The parent of any child and the guardian of any ward shall not authorize or permit any child or ward to violate any of the provisions of the Motor Vehicle Code.
C. These regulations applicable to bicycles apply whenever a bicycle is operated upon any highway or upon any path set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles subject to those exceptions stated in Sections 66-3-701 through 66-3-707 N.M. Stat. Ann..
