Gestational agreements are contracts between a gestational mother and two intended parents. The gestational mother agrees to give birth to a child for the parents. Unlike surrogacy, gestational mothers have no genetic relationship with the child. The child is conceived from the sperm and eggs of the intended parents or a donor.
