Terms Used In 12 CFR Part 219 - Reimbursement for Providing Financial Records; Recordkeeping Requirements for Certain Financial Records (Regulation S)

  • Subpoena: A command to a witness to appear and give testimony.
  • Summons: Another word for subpoena used by the criminal justice system.
