Terms Used In 16 CFR Part 614 - Appropriate Proof of Identity
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Oral argument: An opportunity for lawyers to summarize their position before the court and also to answer the judges' questions.
- Transcript: A written, word-for-word record of what was said, either in a proceeding such as a trial or during some other conversation, as in a transcript of a hearing or oral deposition.
- United States: when used in a geographical sense shall include only the States and the District of Columbia. See 27 CFR 44.11
