Terms Used In 28 CFR Part 35 - Nondiscrimination On the Basis of Disability in State and Local Government Services
- Attorney-in-fact: A person who, acting as an agent, is given written authorization by another person to transact business for him (her) out of court.
- Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation: A government corporation that insures the deposits of all national and state banks that are members of the Federal Reserve System. Source: OCC
