Terms Used In 49 CFR Part 1520 - Protection of Sensitive Security Information
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- authorized representative: includes agents, contractors, and subcontractors, and employees of the same. See 49 CFR 1500.3
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Freedom of Information Act: A federal law that mandates that all the records created and kept by federal agencies in the executive branch of government must be open for public inspection and copying.
