The General Counsel may—
(1) investigate alleged unfair labor practices under this subchapter,
(2) file and prosecute complaints under this subchapter, and
(3) exercise such other powers of the Board as the Board may prescribe.
Terms Used In 22 USC 4108
- Board: means the Foreign Service Labor Relations Board, established by section 4106(a) of this title. See 22 USC 4102
- General Counsel: means the General Counsel of the Authority. See 22 USC 4102
- Prosecute: To charge someone with a crime. A prosecutor tries a criminal case on behalf of the government.
