40 USC 589 – Installation, repair, and replacement of sidewalks
(a)
(1) under the agency’s control;
(2) owned by the Federal Government; and
(3) located in a State, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or a territory or possession of the United States.
Terms Used In 40 USC 589
- Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
- State: means a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or any other territory or possession of the United States. See 1 USC 7
