(a) In general

There are authorized to be appropriated for each fiscal year such sums as are necessary to carry out this chapter.

Terms Used In 7 USC 7111

  • Board: means the National Sheep Promotion, Research, and Information Board established under section 7104(b) of this title. See 7 USC 7102
  • Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
  • order: means a sheep and wool promotion, research, education, and information order issued under section 7103 of this title. See 7 USC 7102

Funds appropriated under subsection (a) shall not be available for payment of the expenses or expenditures of the Board in administering any provision of any order issued under this chapter.
