Under the Alabama Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:

Terms Used In Alabama Code 13A-10-154

(1) A person is guilty of hindering prosecution of terrorism in the second degree when he or she renders criminal assistance to a person who has committed an act of terrorism, knowing or believing that the person engaged in conduct constituting an act of terrorism.
(2) Hindering prosecution of terrorism in the second degree is a Class B felony.
(b)

(1) A person is guilty of hindering prosecution of terrorism in the first degree when he or she renders criminal assistance to a person who has committed an act of terrorism that resulted in the death of a person other than one of the participants, knowing or believing that the person engaged in conduct constituting an act of terrorism.
(2) Hindering prosecution of terrorism in the first degree is a Class A felony.
