A “city” within the meaning of this title shall include all incorporated municipalities of 5,000 or more inhabitants, according to the last or any succeeding federal census, or according to the last or any succeeding census taken under the provisions of Sections oath, and duties of enumerators” class=”unlinked-ref” datatype=”S” sessionyear=”2020″ statecd=”AL” title=”11″>11-47-90 through 11-47-95.
