Alabama Code 31-2A-95. (Article 95.) Resistance, flight, breach of arrest, and escape

Any person subject to this code who does any of the following shall be punished as a court-martial may direct:

(1) Resists apprehension.

Arrest: Taking physical custody of a person by lawful authority.

(2) Flees from apprehension.

(3) Breaks arrest.

(4) Escapes from custody or confinement.
