Terms Used In Alabama Code 32-5B-5

  • person: includes a corporation as well as a natural person. See Alabama Code 1-1-1
  • Probable cause: A reasonable ground for belief that the offender violated a specific law.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter may be fined up to $25.00. The violation of the provisions of this chapter shall not constitute probable cause for search of the vehicle involved.
