Terms Used In Alabama Code 36-19-44
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- person: includes a corporation as well as a natural person. See Alabama Code 1-1-1
- Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
Any person violating the provisions of subsections (d), (e), (f) and (g) of Section testimony; violations” class=”unlinked-ref” datatype=”S” sessionyear=”2020″ statecd=”AL” title=”36″>36-19-43 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00. It shall not be considered a violation of this article if an insurer in good faith, believes it has done everything required of it under this article.
