Those employees who are not in the classified service, as defined by this article, upon being called into or entering the military service, shall have the same rights and privileges as to reemployment by the state or any department thereof as are granted to those employees in the classified service by Sections United States Armed Forces upon status of classified employees” class=”unlinked-ref” datatype=”S” sessionyear=”2020″ statecd=”AL” title=”36″>36-26-30 through 36-26-32.
