Any authority organized under Acts 1978, No. 822, p. 1213 prior to July 19, 1979 shall continue to be valid and shall be governed by said act, and any authority organized under said act may reincorporate under Sections 41-10-135 through property vests in state” class=”unlinked-ref” datatype=”S” sessionyear=”2020″ statecd=”AL” title=”41″>41-10-150 by action of its board of directors and by the filing of documents required to be filed in forming a new authority under Sections 41-10-135 through 41-10-150.
