- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
There is hereby established the Real Estate Commission Building Authority composed of the Governor, the Chairman of the Real Estate Commission, the Director of the Building Commission, the Lieutenant Governor and the Speaker of the House who together with the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Commission shall be a public corporation for the purposes herein stated. Such corporation shall have all the powers, authorities, rights, privileges and title that may be necessary to enable it to implement the purposes of this article. The provisions of this article shall be liberally construed.
