Terms Used In Alabama Code 43-2-511
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Executor: A male person named in a will to carry out the decedent
- person: includes a corporation as well as a natural person. See Alabama Code 1-1-1
Any person interested may appear and contest any item of the account and may examine the executor or administrator or any other witness and may introduce any legal evidence in support of his contest.
