Terms Used In Alabama Code 43-8-20

  • Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.
  • property: includes both real and personal property. See Alabama Code 1-1-1
  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories of the United States. See Alabama Code 1-1-1
(2) The property of nonresidents located in this state or property coming into the control of a fiduciary who is subject to the laws of this state.
